Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Wild wire innovations, MB, trading as Skinreo. Company code: 306379282. Address: Laisvės pr. 58, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact hello@skinreo.com.

You agree to these Terms when creating an account or completing the current agreement step. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Acknowledging it is separate from optional skin-data and OpenAI permissions, which are requested before personalisation and scans. Signing up alone does not enable those permissions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter this agreement under the law that applies to you. Give an accurate adult confirmation. Do not create an account for someone under 18.

Use the contact form to report an underage account. We investigate credible reports, restrict access where appropriate and remove data when an account is confirmed ineligible. Do not send identity documents or a child’s photos through the form.

Skinreo helps you record check-ins, compare photos, organise products and follow cosmetic routines. It is not intended to diagnose, monitor or treat diseases, assess medical risk, or make clinical decisions. AI explanations and ingredient checks are not medical consultations or allergy-safety guarantees.

Appearance scores describe visible cues using Skinreo’s product scoring guide. They are estimates, not clinical measurements, and cannot establish why your skin looks different. For medical concerns, seek a qualified healthcare professional.

Lighting, camera processing, angle, expression and products on your skin can change an estimate. Performance can vary across skin tones and photo conditions. Comparable photos support more useful journal comparisons; a score change alone does not demonstrate a product effect.

We use OpenAI models to provide requested AI features. The guide draws on published sources; this does not mean the model has been trained on those sources or professionally validated. Our Sources & licences page identifies the guide and research credits. Guide or model changes may affect results and are tracked with saved scans where available.

Keep your sign-in details secure, use your own photos and provide accurate information. Do not access another person’s account, misuse the service, submit unlawful content or present Skinreo estimates as clinical assessments.

Skin data and OpenAI are separate optional permissions. Save them once, with no checkbox before every scan, and change them in Settings. Facial scans require both. Declining them leaves manual routines, your product shelf and account controls available under the applicable membership. Optional permission does not authorise model training or advertising use.

Turning off skin-data permission removes the saved skin profile, scans, personalised programs, routine entries and product notes and attempts local cleanup. Turning off OpenAI stops new AI requests. These choices do not cancel a subscription.

Apple memberships: the standard euro price is €9.99 EUR per month. The iPhone app shows the price in your App Store currency; prices in other currencies may differ. Apple’s purchase sheet gives the price, renewal date and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. Unless you cancel renewal in time through your Apple Account, the subscription renews automatically. A 30, 60 or 90-day routine program does not change the monthly billing period.

Use Manage Apple subscription in the app or Apple subscription settings to review renewal and cancellation. Use Restore purchases while signed in to the Skinreo account used for the purchase if access does not appear. Approval may be pending with Apple; do not buy again while a purchase is unresolved.

Web memberships: Stripe confirms the displayed price, currency, payment and renewal date. The current web offer is €9.99 EUR per month; an eligible first subscription may offer seven days free as shown at checkout. Cancel renewal from Profile before the next charge. Normal cancellation preserves access until the paid or trial period ends. Account deletion instead requests immediate cancellation of existing Stripe subscriptions.

Deleting your Skinreo account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage Apple renewal separately before deletion if you want to stop Apple charges. Uninstalling the app does not cancel either kind of membership. Account deletion removes Skinreo access and records; restoration after deletion may require support to verify the original purchase.

The app explains daily feature limits before purchase and in Settings. These currently include 12 scan photos, 20 ingredient checks, 30 AI explanations and 90 catalogue lookups per UTC day. A three-angle scan uses three photos. Feature limits do not restrict privacy requests or account deletion.

For an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s refund request process. For a Stripe-billed purchase or an unresolved service issue, contact Skinreo support. We assess requests under applicable law and the relevant payment-provider process. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from a refund request.

These Terms do not exclude statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, repair or other consumer rights that apply in your country. Nothing here is a blanket waiver of those rights. Where law requires consent to immediate supply or an acknowledgment about cancellation rights, it must be obtained separately before the affected purchase; agreeing to these Terms alone is not that consent.

Australian consumers retain applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and remedies. UK, Canadian and US consumers retain applicable local protections, including mandatory rules on renewals and fair terms. We do not apply a general “no refunds” rule to override those protections.

You retain ownership of your photos and other submitted content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the features you request and subject to your privacy choices. Current journal photos are stored on the device; account appearance results are stored separately. The current assistant does not save new chat conversations in your account.

Settings provides an account-data download and a separate photo export. Keep exported files private. Local cleanup cannot remove copies you exported, copies on another device or provider records retained under their own legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Skinreo under these Terms. Our software and branding are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party materials keep the licences identified on the Sources & licences page. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by those licences or mandatory law.

We take reasonable care in providing Skinreo. Maintenance, faults and provider outages may interrupt features. We will explain material service or price changes before they affect you, follow applicable notice and consent rules, and provide remedies where required. Future Apple subscription price changes follow Apple’s process and applicable law.

If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and address unused paid access as required by law. A service outage or discontinuation does not remove your mandatory consumer rights.

You decide how to use your journal and cosmetic routines. AI results may be incorrect; assess them in light of the feature descriptions and your own circumstances. We remain responsible where applicable law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that law does not allow us to exclude. We do not impose a blanket consumer indemnity or a fixed liability cap that overrides your statutory rights.

You may cancel renewal, stop using Skinreo, change permissions or delete your account in Settings. Deletion clears local Skinreo photos and cached data on that device first, then requests cancellation of existing Stripe billing and erasure of account records. Billing verification or deletion failures keep the account available for retry; photos already cleared are not restored by a retry. Apple cancellation is separate as described above.

We may restrict accounts for serious misuse, fraud, security threats or ineligibility. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us or appeal. This does not remove lawful access, privacy or refund rights.

Lithuanian law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory protections in your country. This choice does not remove consumer rights or access to courts or regulators that local law gives you. Contact us first if you want help resolving a problem; this does not prevent you from using another lawful complaint or dispute route.

We publish the version above and notify you of material changes before they take effect where required. The app may ask you to review an updated agreement. New uses requiring consent are presented separately before the affected processing. Continued use is not consent to unrelated training, advertising or data sharing.
